All maintenance on the site can be done using any browser, from anywhere in the world, at any time.  There is no special software you need.  Although it may be beneficial at some time to get a copy of an HTML editor, which can really help you spruce up your site.

You can control the following from the Admin page:

• Type of layout (Currently choose from 9 styles.  We hope to grow this to 100 within the next year.)
• Types of buttons
• Colors
• Create your own custom buttons & layout
• Home Page
• Header
• Footer
• New Web Pages
• Links
• Sponsors
• Real Estate Listings
• Open House Notices
• Contact Information
• A page about your company
• Hiding and Unhiding buttons
• Staff
• etc...

And most of these changes can be done with only a few clicks of the mouse starting on the Administration page.
